We want you to be happy with My Vitals Log. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date, for any reason.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle, who handled your original payment. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
- Use the receipt email you received from Paddle after purchase — it contains a direct refund-request link, or
- Contact us through the support links in the App and we will help arrange the refund with Paddle on your behalf.
Refunds are typically issued to your original payment method within 3–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Cancelling a subscription
You can cancel an active subscription at any time from the Subscription page in the App, or from Paddle's customer portal. After cancellation you keep full access until the end of the current paid period. Cancellation alone is not a refund request — if you also want a refund for the current period, please follow the steps above.
After the 30-day window
After 30 days from your order date, refunds are at our discretion. If you believe you have been charged in error or have a billing dispute, please contact us or Paddle and we will review your case in good faith and in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, which may give you additional rights.
